Important: Loyalty Program Ending March 7
Our current loyalty points program will officially end on March 7.
If you have points sitting in your account, please make sure to redeem them before this date. After March 7, points can no longer be redeemed on the website.
If you would prefer to convert your points into a voucher instead, please contact our team before March 7 and we’ll assist you.

How do I earn points?
There are heaps of ways! You’ll earn points when you:
- Make a purchase
- Leave a review
- Follow us on socials
- Celebrate a birthday
- Refer a friend
- ...and more! Keep an eye on your account for all the point-earning goodness.
What do I get for my points?
All you need to remember is points = discounts — we’ll do the rest! As you move up the tiers you’ll receive free shipping, exclusive gifts, and surprise perks just for being part of the pack. The more points you earn, the more goodies you get!
Where can I see how many points I have?
Log in via the website to see your point balance, tier status, and any available rewards ready to be redeemed.
Do my points expire?
Yep, after 12 months, your tier will reset based on your points balance. Just keep shopping, sharing, or sniffing around and you’ll stay active.
Can I earn points on every purchase?
Absolutely! Every dollar you spend earns you points, including during sales, bundles, and subscriptions (except for gift cards).
I made a purchase but didn’t get points—what’s up?
Oh no! Sometimes points can take a little while to show up (up to 24 hours). If it’s been longer, shoot us a message and we’ll sort it out for you!
Can I use a discount code and redeem points at checkout?
Yep, you sure can!
What are the loyalty tiers and how do I level up?
We’ve got different pack levels (from the doghouse to puppy paradise) and the higher you climb, the better the perks. Spend more, engage more, and you’ll unlock next-level rewards. Your dog will thank you!
Can I refer a friend and get rewarded?
You bet! Send your unique referral link to a fellow dog lover — when they shop, you both get rewarded. It’s our way of saying thanks for spreading the Staffy love.
