Do discount codes work?
Prices are already marked down sitewide during the sale window, so codes won’t apply or stack. Your cart will auto-show the sale price.
Loyalty & rewards
Due to the high discount, loyalty and rewards are paused for this sale. Loyalty vouchers/codes won’t be redeemable during the sale window.
Will items in my cart be held?
No—stock isn’t reserved until checkout is completed.
Ordered just before the sale?
If you placed an order within 48 hours of the sale starting, please contact our Customer Happiness Team with your order number. While we can’t honour the sale pricing, we’ll do our best to help!

Due to high demand, please allow 3+ business days for dispatch. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2-8 business days Australia-wide. International shipping times vary depending on your location. We will send you relevant tracking numbers once your order is dispatched.

I ordered a Pre-order item what happens now?
By placing a pre-order item/s, your entire order will be shipped when all products become available. Which is usually no later than 30 days. (If you urgently need a product that is in stock before the pre-order item is available, please place two separate orders).
Where does Happy Staffy Co Ship?
We ship worldwide!
For our U.S., Canada, and Mexico customers, you can shop directly on our U.S. site: us.happystaffyco.com. Your orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Utah!
For Australia, Europe, and the rest of the world, orders will be dispatched from our AU warehouse.
How do I contact customer service?

How do I track my order?
Once you have finalised your order you will receive tracking information within 48 hours. Unless you have ordered a ‘Pre-order’ item and in that case, you will receive the tracking information once Item(s) have been dispatched.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! You will receive a welcome discount to use on your first order when subscribing to our newsletter this will also keep you up to date with our latest promotions.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $9.95 per order. We offer free shipping for orders over $120.
Standard international shipping (including tracking) is calculated at checkout.
What is the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?
Happy's in our name so we don't want you to settle for anything less. If you and your best mate aren't 100% satisfied with your products, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
All you have to do is get in touch with one of our Happy team members, cover the cost of shipping and we'll sort out the rest.
Just make sure your product is in its original condition (e.g., for beds, this means no wear, tear or stains) and that you hold onto the original packaging.
Once we've received it and assessed the product, we'll donate it to a local animal charity and refund you in full. As we donate returned products to charity, our 30 day money back guarantee does not cover toys that have been used or chewed.

If you think your Happy Staffy product isn't performing quite right or has a fault, let us know and we will do our best to fix it as quickly as possible.
What is the Chewzilla® 90 Day Guarantee?
If your furry friend manages to demolish their Chewzilla® Toys within 90 days, we'll replace them for free!
Here's how it works:
If your pup destroys their toy, simply snap a photo and send it over to us. We'll assess the damage and if your toy qualifies for a replacement, we'll send it out to you for free.
Please note: Chew marks resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee. Our Chewzilla® Guarantee is only available for Chewzilla® Collections and not individual Chewzilla toys.

Walking Gear Lifetime Guarantee
Coverage
Our lifetime guarantee covers any product that cannot be used for the purpose it was intended. This includes snapping, tearing, or breaking of the fabric and hardware under normal use conditions. We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace, at our discretion, any eligible item that suffers damage covered by this guarantee.
Exclusions
Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage caused by chewing or any misuse of the product or cosmetic damage such as discolouration.
How to Claim
To make a claim under the lifetime guarantee, please contact our Customer Experience Team at hello@happystaffyco.com with your order number, an image of the damage and details of the issue. We will assess the damage and, if deemed eligible under this guarantee, provide a replacement product free of charge.
Limitations
- The lifetime guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Replacements are subject to product availability. If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal value.
- This guarantee covers the harnesses, leashes, and collars exclusively and does not extend to any other accessories or products.
