Affiliate Program Terms

1. About these terms

These terms govern your participation in the Happy Staffy Co. Affiliate Program ("the Program"). "We", "us" and "our" mean Happy Staffy Pty Ltd trading as Happy Staffy Co. "You" and "your" mean the person or business approved to take part in the Program.

By creating an affiliate account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Program.

One account, two stores, two currencies

We sell from two websites: our Australian store and our United States store. You only need one affiliate account — the same code and referral link work on both, and you can switch between them in your affiliate dashboard.

Where your commission is paid depends on which store the customer bought from:

An order on our Australian store earns commission in AUD
An order on our United States store earns commission in USD

These are tracked as two separate balances. That means if your audience spans both countries, you will often receive two PayPal payments each month — one in AUD and one in USD. This is normal and nothing is missing; it is simply how the two stores settle.

2. Who this is for

The Happy Staffy Co. Affiliate Program is built for genuine dog owners and creators who use our products, love them, and want to share them with their friends, family and followers.

It is not a general discount-distribution channel. It is not for coupon and deal websites, and it is not for people running paid ads on our brand. If that is what you are after, this is not the program for you.

3. Joining

Anyone can apply. We approve accounts at our discretion and may decline or close an account at any time, as set out in section 8.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details, including a valid PayPal address for payment.

4. How you earn

You will be given a unique discount code and referral link.

You earn commission on any order placed through your referral link or using your discount code, at a rate of up to 10% of the product value, excluding:

shipping, handling and taxes
gift cards
any order that is refunded, returned, cancelled or charged back
any discount amount already applied to the order

Commission is calculated on the amount we actually receive for the order.

Attribution window

If someone clicks your referral link, you earn commission on anything they buy in the next 7 days. If they use your discount code at checkout, that order is credited to you regardless of when they last clicked.

Using your own code

Your code is for sharing, not for discounting your own orders. Commission is not paid on orders you place yourself, or on orders to your own address or payment method.

5. When you get paid

Payments are made by PayPal only. You must keep a valid PayPal address on your account.
We pay out in the first week of each month, covering commission earned in the previous month.
Commission on an order becomes payable once the order is delivered and outside our returns window, so that refunds and returns can be deducted first.
If an order is refunded or returned after you have been paid, that amount is deducted from your next payout.
You are paid in the currency of the store the order came from (AUD for Australian orders, USD for US orders), which may mean two separate PayPal payments in the same month.

There is no minimum payout threshold. Whatever you have earned, we pay.

6. How you may promote us

We want you sharing Happy Staffy Co. with real dog owners, the way you would recommend anything you actually use. You may share your code and link on your own social accounts, website, email list, and directly with people you know.

7. What is not allowed

The following will void commissions and may result in your account being closed:

Posting your code to coupon, deal or voucher websites, or any public code-aggregator
Sharing your code through spam accounts, bot accounts or fake profiles
Paid search advertising on our brand terms, or bidding on "Happy Staffy Co." and close variations
Buying traffic, using automated clicking, or any attempt to inflate referrals artificially
Presenting yourself as Happy Staffy Co., or implying you speak on our behalf
Using our name, logo or product images in a way that damages the brand, or altering them
Making claims about our products that we have not made ourselves, including health or veterinary claims
Reselling our products, or using the Program to obtain stock for resale

Where traffic or code usage looks unusual, we may withhold commission while we review it, and we may decline commissions that came from any of the above.

8. Your content

You are responsible for what you post. You must disclose that you earn commission where the law requires it (in Australia, ACCC guidance on advertising disclosure; in the United States, the FTC endorsement guidelines). A simple "#ad" or "affiliate" label is enough.

You keep ownership of content you create. By tagging us or sending us content, you allow us to reshare it on our own channels with credit.

9. Ending the arrangement

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close your account at any time, including if you breach these terms. Commission properly earned before closure will still be paid, unless it was earned through conduct in section 6.

10. Changes

We may update these terms or the commission rate. We will publish changes on this page and, where the change is significant, let you know by email. Continuing in the Program after a change means you accept it.
