If your dog could chew through concrete… this is your lane. These are our most extreme toys, made from ultra-solid ToughTech™ nylon with very little give. They’re designed for serious, relentless chewers—not dogs that prefer soft or squishy toys. If your dog likes a bit more flexibility but still needs something durable, the PowerFlex range is a great step down with rubber + nylon for a more balanced chew.
Our 90-day replacement guarantee covers your Chewzilla toy if it’s significantly damaged or destroyed within 90 days of use. This doesn’t include normal wear like teeth marks, scratches, or rough edges—those are expected with tough chewers. If needed, you can smooth these down with a bit of coarse sandpaper to keep things safe and comfortable. The guarantee is there for when the toy is beyond chewing—like large cracks, chunks missing, or damage that affects safe use. If that happens, just send us a photo and we’ll sort a replacement 👍
