Our 90-day replacement guarantee covers your Chewzilla toy if it’s significantly damaged or destroyed within 90 days of use. This doesn’t include normal wear like teeth marks, scratches, or rough edges—those are expected with tough chewers. If needed, you can smooth these down with a bit of coarse sandpaper to keep things safe and comfortable. The guarantee is there for when the toy is beyond chewing—like large cracks, chunks missing, or damage that affects safe use. If that happens, just send us a photo and we’ll sort a replacement 👍
